Your data has value
Hard drive failed, USB stick corrupted, SSD dead? I attempt recovery in the workshop. If that isn't enough, a partner laboratory takes over — cleanroom, zero risk.
No charge if recovery isn't possible
Only the €20 admin fee is requested when sending the device to the lab — and it's refunded if recovery succeeds. You only pay for what's recovered, never for a failure.
Process
How does recovery work?
Free diagnosis
You bring the storage device to the workshop in Poitiers. I assess the type of failure and the chances of recovery. No charge at this stage.
Workshop attempt
For software failures (accidental formatting, corruption, lost partition), I attempt recovery directly at the workshop in Poitiers with professional tools.
Cleanroom lab (if needed)
For physical failures (drop, motor failure, damaged SSD), the device is sent to a partner laboratory equipped with a class-100 cleanroom.
Return and validation
You check the recovered data before paying. Delivered on a USB stick or external drive. No charge if recovery fails (apart from the €20 admin fee).

Lab partner
Cleanroom when it's needed
For physical failures — burnt motor, damaged read head, electronically damaged SSD — a cleanroom intervention is essential. From my workshop in Poitiers, I work with La Clinique des Données, a specialist lab with a class-100 cleanroom.
I stay your single point of contact: you hand the device to me, I manage the relationship with the lab, and you validate the data before paying.
