Repaired the same day
Many repairs take less than 30 minutes. Others — particularly bonding or microsoldering work — need 1 to 2 hours to guarantee the quality. Either way, your device is returned the same day.

Brand-new OEM parts guaranteed for 2 years (legal warranty L217-3), subject to availability for your model and the type of repair. Labour 3 months. Batteries (consumable) 6 months. I stay available after the job for any follow-up.

How does it work?
Diagnosis
By phone or directly at the workshop in Poitiers, I identify the problem and give you a quote. If a part is needed, I order it and we set an appointment for the following morning or early afternoon.
Drop off the device
You bring your device to the workshop. For small repairs (under 30 min), it's often doable on the spot. Otherwise, I keep it for the duration of the repair.
Repair & return
In 90% of cases it's ready the same day and you walk out with it that afternoon. If extra time is needed, I'll lend you a phone in the meantime.

Broken drone, GHD straightener on the blink, car key that won't respond, flat electric scooter? Thanks to my experience in electronics and microsoldering, I repair a wide range of devices that most repairers won't touch.
Drone repair
DJI Mini, Mavic, Air, FPV, Parrot Anafi drones… Replacing motors, broken arms, flight controllers, camera gimbals, ribbon cables. Full electronic diagnostics and recalibration after repair, all done at the workshop in Poitiers.

Je ne vais pas vous faire un grand discours
Réparer au lieu de racheter, c'est déjà une bonne chose en soi. Quand en plus on peut récupérer des pièces qui fonctionnent encore, autant le faire. Et ce qui ne peut pas être réutilisé, ça ne part pas à la poubelle.
Les pièces retirées qui peuvent repartir, je les reconditionne. Une batterie, un écran, un connecteur : si ça tient, ça repart.
Ce qui ne peut pas être réutilisé part en filière de recyclage. Pas à la poubelle, point.
Et puis franchement, un téléphone réparé c'est un téléphone de moins à fabriquer quelque part. C'est pas rien.

Hard drive failure, inaccessible SSD, corrupted USB stick, tablet that won't boot? I first try to recover the data myself. If that's not enough, I call on a specialist cleanroom partner — La Clinique des Données — for the most complex cases.
The quote is free. A €20 case-handling fee is charged when opening the file — it covers shipping, receipt and admin. No further charge if recovery turns out to be impossible.

Motherboard repair
Short circuit, blown capacitor, ripped connector, damaged chip… I repair motherboards on PCs, Macs and consoles by microsoldering in Poitiers. It's a technical job that usually takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the complexity.
